FZ Forza Ulster Badminton Coaching & Volunteer Awards 2023

Congratulations to Alan MacBeth who is our final winner in the FZ Forza Ulster Badminton Coaching & Volunteer Awards. Alan receives the Club coach of the Year Award for all his great Coaching & Development work within the Junior & Senior sections of Ballindrait Badminton Club.

‘As the main coach to encourage the Juvenile players he attends every Friday night and enjoys the children and encourages them as best he can….. The club started in a one court hall and now due to so many juvenile members has had to hire a 3 court hall in recent years. This in itself is a testament to his hard work and dedication. He is reliable and gives his all while having a laugh. He has encouraged the older juveniles who were capable, to play in the county leagues. This has improved the children’s skills, their confidence while having fun and making new friends’

It was great to present Alan with his award at the Badminton Ireland Club & Coaching Forum in Raphoe.
