Club Development

Ulster Badminton is committed to supporting all affiliated clubs across the province to grow the sport and to increase the number of people playing in our clubs on a weekly basis. We have a Club and Coaching Officer employed who has the remit to communicate and support member clubs when and where needed. We offer many different services and programmes to clubs and we are always delighted to hear from any club from across the province who would like to avail of our support or who would like more information about any of the services and programmes we can offer.

Below is a selection of the services and programmes we currently offer to clubs:

• Club Coaching
• Coach Education Courses
• Teicnic
• Workforce Development
• Workshops
• Individual meetings to assess how best we can work with the club to help them achieve their goals
• Support with increasing participation and club membership through schools work and community initiatives
