Leinster U13 & U17 Open 2023
Alpha Badminton Clubs Louise Kearon had a great U13 Leinster Open coming home with 2 golds in the Girls Singles & Girls Doubles with Alex McAuley (Raphoe) along with a Bronze in the mixed Doubles. Alex McAuley also had a very good U13 competition adding bronze medals in the Girls Singles and Mixed doubles, to her gold medal in the Girls doubles. Raphoe's Naomi McAuley took home a Silver medal in the Girls Doubles with her partner Anusri Erukattil.
In the U17 Event Alpha's Christopher Chee played a solid tournament, reaching the final of the Boys Singles & Mixed Doubles, partnering Michelle Shochan, taking home 2 Silver medals, along with a bronze in the Boys Doubles, partnering Aman Kothiyal. Alpha's Ella Cheung reached the Semi finals of the Girls Doubles with partner Anna Lucey O'Sullivan receiving a Bronze Medal.
