Ulster Badminton would like to express our sincere condolences to the Royal Family on the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Having received National mourning Guidance for Sport from the NI Sports Forum & Sport NI, it has been indicated that sport can continue during this period. Therefore, Ulster Badminton recommends that All Badminton activity can continue as planned and that is it is done in a respectful manner up to Sunday 18th September.
The State Funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will take place on Monday 19th September. Ulster Badminton request that all Badminton Activities are to be cancelled on this day and the Ulster Badminton Office will be Closed.
The 19th September marks the end of the National mourning period and all Badminton activity can resume on 20th September.
