Recruitment Opportunity – Participation Officer
Supported by the Rank Foundation Start Here Programme funded by the Department for Communities, Ulster Badminton have now opened the recruitment process for a Badminton Participation Officer.
Reporting to the Business Development Officer, the Participation Officer will support in the Direct delivery & administration duties within the Ulster Badminton Schools, Clubs & Community Group/s Programmes aimed at increased participation & Life long involvement in Badminton, increasing membership, specifically females and providing coaching/playing opportunities for people with Disability & social disadvantaged target groups. The post holder will receive Qualification opportunities, training opportunities with the Rank Foundation and CPD.
Job Title: Participation Officer
Location: Badminton Office, National Badminton Centre with remote working/Delivery.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: £20,000
Duration: Fixed Term until March 2025- Should further funding be confirmed, the contract for this post may be extended.
Funding- The post is funded by Department for Communities ‘Start Here’ programme,
delivered by the Rank Foundation
