Simple Steps to Create a Club Development Plan
In Partnership with Sport Northern Ireland we are going to be delivering a workshop on Simple Steps to Create a Club Development Plan on Monday 21st March 2022 at 7-9pm. This will be delivered via Zoom.
The workshop will cover the following topics:
- The steps to create a club development plan
- Why it is important to have a club development plan
- Understanding how to set goals and objectives
