Covid-19 Restrictions - Update
Following on from the announcement from the NI Executive on Wednesday 14th October 2020 and the subsequent suspension of all Badminton Activity below Elite Level, Ulster Badminton have sought clarity from the Department of Communities & Sport NI on aspects of the new Regulations and how it impacts Badminton.
We now have clarity on the new Regulations which has resulted in a slight change for the remainder of the current 'Circuit breaker'.

We now have clarity on the new Regulations which has resulted in a slight change for the remainder of the current 'Circuit breaker'.
- All badminton activity including Clubs, Leagues & Performance Squad training is suspended, excluding Elite Level & 1-1 Individual Coaching sessions.
- 1-1 Individual coaching sessions can take place in an indoor setting, not from the same household, provided the participants do not come in to contact, follow facility guidelines & the Return to Badminton Guidelines. A coach must hold a BWF Shuttle Time or BWF Coaching Qualification.
