FZ Forza Ulster Premier Championships

Description

The Fz Forza Ulster Premier Open is one of Ulster Badminton's major events, attracting the best players within Ireland to compete for the prestigious title. The event will take place on 13th-14th October at Lisburn Racquets Club. Regulations for the event are:

1. The tournament will be conducted in accordance with the Law's of Badminton and the
Rule's of Badminton World Federation.
2. Players MUST be affiliated to Badminton Ireland or other National Badminton Association.
3. Each competitor MUST fill in a separate entry form. No pair will be accepted for any
doubles event unless entry has been received from both players.
4. I accept that if required I will undertake a drugs test involving the provision of a urine
sample under qualified supervision for subsequent analysis.
5. Please note that players withdrawing after the draw has been made or failing to turn up
on the day will be billed for their entry fee which MUST be paid in full before their entry is
accepted into another tournament.
6. Entry fee is £13 or 15euro per event or enter all 3 events for £32 or 40euro which MUST
be paid before you go on to play your first match or you will not be allowed to play.
Cheques to be made out to UBBUI.
7. All events will be knockout best of 3 games to 21 point using rally scoring system.
